Lee focuses his practice in civil litigation, including such areas as commercial, construction, real estate, defective products and personal injury.

Lee also has extensive experience in condemnation/eminent domain, land use and zoning disputes, often involving complex and particularly challenging issues. Lee has been a North Carolina Certified Mediator since 1993 and has often served as an Arbitrator.

Lee is a Wilmington native. He previously practiced with Carr, Swails, Huffine, Crouch & Keeter in Wilmington before founding his present firm, Block, Crouch, Keeter, Behm & Sayed, LLP in 1996. Lee is married and has three grown children and three grandchildren. He enjoys biking, running and is active in various community organizations, including board service.
