Brittany is a North Carolina Certified Family Law Specialist and exclusively handles family law matters such as child custody, child support, equitable distribution, alimony, divorce, separation agreements, premarital agreements, cases involving the Department of Social Services, and contempt proceedings.

Brittany is a native of North Carolina, born and raised in Reidsville in 1989. She has been practicing law since 2013 and became a NC Board Certified Family Law Specialist in 2021. She handled family law matters at The Nettleman Law Firm and then Cape Fear Family Law until she joined the firm in 2022. Brittany lives in Wilmington with her husband, their two sons, two golden retrievers, two cats, and chickens. Brittany loves her career, but in her spare time she loves to go glamping, shopping, and to spend time with her family.
